CATHOLIC FAMILY DAY 2018 WITH THE CLEVELAND INDIANS: Join the Cleveland Indians for Mass at the ball game for Catholic Family Day at Progressive Field on September 23rd. Details are on the flyers.

THE TRADITIONAL LATIN MASS: will be offered every 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th (if there is one) Saturday every month at 9 A.M. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church.

FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL at Cultural Central of NEO, 12026 Abbott Rd., Hiram, will be held September 23. Gates open at 12 PM. Delicious foods for sale,  music by HARMONIA and Festival dancers from St Elizabeth Church and  from the Cleveland Hungarian Scouts Folk Ensemble.  Admission $5.

  1. EMERIC PARISH TRADITIONAL HARVEST FESTIVAL will be held October 7 at 1 PM. Live music by the Harmonia Ensemble, performance by members of the Hungarian Scout Folk Ensemble. Menu: Pork roast in mushroom sauce à la Bakony, also chicken cordon bleu with parsley potatoes and rice, fresh salad. Dessert is a Hungarian sweet specialty „varga béles” with fruit sauce. Cost $25. for adults, $10. for students and free for children under 7 years. Please make your reservation by Tuesday October 2 by calling Maria Zsula at 216-676-5863.  Seating is limited.

HUNGARIAN NATIONAL DANCE ENSEMBLE will perform „Spirit of Hungary, 1848” program Saturday, October 20 at 2 PM. At John Carroll University Kulas Hall.  Tickets may be purchased in advance at discount prices here at church every Sunday after Mass from Ildiko Peller. $20. for adults, $10. for students.  Checks should be made out to Bocskai Radio.

ONE WORLD DAY TODAY at the Cultural Gardens of Cleveland.  All are invited this afternoon to the celebration, and please be sure to visit the Budapest Café in the Hungarian garden for delicious pastries and live music and dance performances.

THE DOCUMENTARY FILM „FORECLOSING ON FAITH” will be shown October 5 at 7:30 PM at the Chagrin Valley Little Theater, 40 River St., Chagrin Falls.  The topic involves the closing of Catholic churches, including St. Emeric church.
