OUR ANNUAL PORK SAUSAGE DINNER will be February 11, at 1PM. The “Mardi Gras” carnival festivities include Hungarian live music by the Harmonia Ensemble, great raffle and humorous entertainment program to „bury” the bass fiddle.

Dinner Menu: traditional rich chicken soup, pork sausage and rice liver sausage, also stuffed cabbage rolls with side dish of braised cabbage and parslied potatoes.  Dessert — apricot “lekvar” (jam) filled puff pastry.  Cost: adults $25., students $15., free for children under 6.  Puff pastry can also be ordered for take out at $9. a dozen.  Sausage (uncooked) also can be ordered for take out in 3 lb. packages for $18.  To make your dinner reservations or place puff pastry and sausage orders, please call by February 8 one of the ladies:    Marika Zsula 216-676-5863 or Orsolya Sedenszky 330-963-7035. 

CLOSING SERVICE OF THE ECUMENICAL PRAYER WEEK  today at 5PM at the Hungarian Bethany Baptist Church (4124 Stickney Ave., Cleveland 44109).  Light refreshments served afterward.

THE FEAST OF THE PRESENTATION OF THE LORD, FRIDAY, FEB. 2: Mass at 7PM. Mary and Joseph felt obligated to follow the Law and present the child in the temple. Jesus appears to all as the light of the world.

IN HONOR OF SAINT BLAISE BISHOP AND MARTYR— Next Sunday throats will be blessed after Mass.

TODAY — SECOND COLLECTION for the Cleveland Latin American Mission in El Salvador and for the Church in Latin America, for the formation of seminarians, religious leaders in 23 countries across Latin America.  Please be generous!
