LENT:  All Fridays in Lent are days of abstinence from meat.  We will pray the Stations of the Cross on Sundays in Lent before Mass, starting at10:30.  Your devout attendance is requested!

NEXT WEEKEND-LENTEN TRIDUUM RETREAT  FOR ALL PARISHIONERS: APRIL 7,8,9.  (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)  Fr. Richard Bona will be the retreat leader.  Sermon/meditation  for the retreat will be during the Masses.  Mass time Friday is at 5PM.  Confession before the Masses.  This is an excellent way to prepare for our Easter celebration.

MANY THANKS TO THE LADIES OF THE ALTAR GUILD for their dedicated work last weekend.  The doughnuts they made were absolutely delicious! J

ALTAR GUILD MEETING TODAY AFTER MASS.  All members are expected, new members are welcome!

SPRING CLEANING — volunteers are welcome to come on Tuesday, April 4,at 9AM to help with some church cleaning.

NUT AND POPPYSEED ROLLS (Beigli) :  Leave your Easter baking to others and at the same time support the Scouts.    Troops 14 and 34 will be selling traditional nut-poppyseed rolls next Sunday(Palm Sunday)  after Mass for $12. per roll.  For more information, please call Ilona Balassy at 440-237-9448.

EASTER SCHEDULE:  Holy Thursday 7PM Mass of the Last Supper; Good Friday 3PM Stations of the Cross and 7PM Liturgy of the Word, Passion of the Lord, veneration of the Cross, Communion; Holy Saturday 7Pm Blessing of fire, water, renewal of Baptismal vows, Celebration of the Eucharist and the Resurrection; Easter Sunday Mass of the Resurrection 11AM.

SPECIAL REQUEST:  Dr. Endre Szentkiralyi wishes to use the results of two sociological surveys in his forthcoming book: “Being Hungarian in Cleveland: Maintaining Language, Culture, and Traditions” .He asks if you would be so kind as to help him with his project by filling out the survey, which is anonymous and contains no personal information.  The forms can be found in the back of the church under the bulletin boards.  When completed, please give to Endre or to one of us here.
