LENT:  All Fridays in Lent are days of abstinence from meat.  We will pray the Stations of the Cross on Sundays in Lent before Mass, starting at10:30.  Your devout attendance is requested!

TODAY — DOUGHNUT SOCIAL after Sunday Mass. Please join us.  Cost for 2 doughnuts, apricot whip and coffee is $5.

MANY THANKS to the Megyimori Family and all the volunteers who helped make the delightful wild game dinner last Sunday a remarkable event!  Special thank you to Károly Fábián and László Mészáros for donating the meat. The profit from the dinner will serve as the financial basis for our planned St. Stephen Day Festival in August.

ALTAR GUILD MEETING APRIL 2 AFTER SUNDAY MASS.  All members are expected, new members are welcome!

LOOKING AHEAD-LENTEN RETREAT TRIDUUM  FOR ALL PARISHIONERS: APRIL 7,8,9.  (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)  Lent is the time for spiritual growth and prayer. We look forward to hearing Fr. Richard Bona, our the retreat leader.

CABBAGE ROLL FUNDRAISER for the building fund of the Hungarian Cultural Center of Northeastern Ohio.  Cost is $20. per dozen and will be available for pick up on Tuesday, April 4, at St. John’s Byzantine Church 36125 Aurora Rd., Solon.  To place your order please call Beverly at 216-475-2920 or Linda 440-248-4530 by March 30.

SPRING CLEANING — volunteers are welcome to come on Tuesday, April 4. Further details next week.

EASTER SCHEDULE:  Holy Thursday 7PM Mass of the Last Supper; Good Friday 3PM Stations of the Cross and 7PM Liturgy of the Word, Passion of the Lord, veneration of the Cross, Communion; Holy Saturday 7Pm Blessing of fire, water, renewal of Baptismal vows, Celebration of the Eucharist and the Resurrection; Easter Sunday Mass of the Resurrection 11AM.

TODAY SECOND COLLECTION FOR CATHOLIC RELIEF SERVICES to help the impoverished and vulnerable around the world to overcome emergencies.  Please be generous.
