HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE:

HOLY THURSDAY– 7 PM Mass of our LordLast Supper.

GOOD FRIDAY – 3PM Stations of the Cross and in evening at

7 PM Service of the Passion of the Lord.  

Collection will be for the upkeep of the churches and shrines in the Holy Land.    

HOLY SATURDAY– 7 PM Easter vigil service, including the blessing of fire and water, Liturgy of the Word, renewal of our Baptismal vows, celebration of the Eucharist and the Resurrection.

EASTER SUNDAY– 11 AM.

Food baskets will be blessed after the Easter Vigil Service on Saturday or after the Easter Sunday Mass.

Confessions before each Mass and by appointment.

PLEASE REMEMBER – GOOD FRIDAY – Day of fast and abstinence. Fasting- one full meal and two smaller meals for those between ages of 18 and 59. Abstinence from meat is to be observed by all Catholics 14 years and older.

ANYONE WISHING TO RECEIVE THE SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM OR CONFIRMATION, please contact the Rectory.

LAST WEEKEND’S COLLECTION: Sunday offering: $1,549.,   Maintenance Fund: Total $1,090.;   (including Special thanks to anonymous $1,000. donor)  For piano repair $85., Easter flowers $25. THANK YOU TO ALL!

NON-PERISHABLE FOODS FOR THE NEEDY You can still bring your non-perishable food donation for the needy and place in box in the Sunday Office until April 3. We will deliver them to the West side Catholic Center.

SUNDAY MISSALS IN ENGLISH are in the church to follow the liturgy for those who do not speak Hungarian.

NEIGHBORING PARISH – FRIDAY FISH FRY at St. Stephen Church ( 1930 W. 54th St.) from 4PM to 7PM.
