A latin <em>portiuncula<\/em> sz\u00f3 \u201ekis porci\u00f3t\u201d jelent, \u00e9s Szent Ferenc ezt a becenevet adta egy kis k\u00e1poln\u00e1nak. Ezt a k\u00e1poln\u00e1t Angyalos Boldogasszonynak szentelt\u00e9k, \u00e9s nagyon kedves volt Assisi Szent Ferencnek (ez\u00e9rt is adta a becenevet).
