Az\u00f3ta ezen a napon az egyh\u00e1z azt a mintegy egymilli\u00f3 f\u00e9rfit \u00e9s n\u0151t is \u00fcnnepli, akik a vil\u00e1gon megszentelt \u00e9letet \u00e9lnek. Az \u00fcnnep c\u00e9lja: h\u00e1l\u00e1t adni Istennek a megszentelt \u00e9let aj\u00e1nd\u00e9kai\u00e9rt, el\u0151mozd\u00edtani a h\u00edvek k\u00f6r\u00e9ben ennek az \u00e9letform\u00e1nak az ismeret\u00e9t \u00e9s szeretet\u00e9t, valamint lehet\u0151s\u00e9get adni a megszentelt \u00e9letet \u00e9l\u0151knek, hogy tudatosuljon benn\u00fck \u00e9let\u00fck sz\u00e9ps\u00e9ge \u00e9s azok a csod\u00e1k, amelyeket az \u00dar benn\u00fck \u00e9s \u00e1ltaluk m\u0171vel az egyh\u00e1z \u00e9s a vil\u00e1g jav\u00e1ra. Im\u00e1dkozzunk a szerzetesek\u00e9rt \u00e9s a megszentelt \u00e9letet \u00e9l\u0151k\u00e9rt, valamint a hivat\u00e1sok\u00e9rt!
