FROM THE DESK OF FR. BONA: A happy St. Stephen day to all of you! May he continue to intercede for us. Today I would like to mention few matters related to the distribution of the Eucharist. Firstly, the use of extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion has always been strictly regulated by the Church. The permission for their use was given in cases when the ordinary ministers are impeded or when the Mass would be unduly prolonged. Unduly means around 30 minutes. Even under normal circumstances (other than the full church perhaps), it is possible for me to distribute the Eucharist alone without unduly prolonging the Mass. Also, those who are in the church for Mass, but have physical difficulties in walking up to the sanctuary for the Holy Communion, please let me know and we will try to solve the issue. God bless! Fr. Bona

LAST WEEKEND’S COLLECTION: Sunday Offering: $1,122. Memorial donations for Zsolt Dömötörffy: $1,010. Special Donations: $100. Candles (St. Anthony Purse): $30. THANK YOU AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU!
