TODAY – YOUTH MASS. WELCOME to all the youth today and especially those in assisting roles in the Mass liturgy. All are invited to light refreshments afterwards to celebrate those born in the month of April.
SUNDAY MISSALS IN ENGLISH are in the church to enable those to follow the liturgy who don’t speak Hungarian.
CATHOLIC CHARITIES: The Diocesan Catholic Charities campaign has started and is an ongoing appeal throughout the year. “Your support of the 2016 Catholic Charities Appeal is an act of mercy that will change lives of your brothers and sisters in Christ. We appreciate your donation and will take special care to use it wisely in providing essential programs and services to people in need.” Please use the special envelopes found in the back of the church, and in filling out all the information, please write in our parish name, St. Emeric Parish. Please give generously! Thank you! You can send in your donation directly, or place the designated envelope in the Sunday collection basket.
LOOKING AHEAD— His excellency Bishop Dr. Ferenc Cserháti, on his North American tour, will be visiting St. Emeric Parish between April 21-26 and on Sunday, April 24, he will administer the Sacrament of Confirmation at the 11 AM Mass. We invite all to dinner after the April 24 Sunday Mass. The dinner information follows:
INVITATION— Parish Spring Dinner — April 24 following the Sunday Mass. Menu: asparagus cream soup, ragout of pork with egg barley side, pickles, zserbó (Gerbaud) slice, a Hungarian specialty dessert, and coffee. Cost: $20. for adults and $10. for children, 6 and under free. Please note: Take out orders can be picked up only after 1:30 PM. Please make your reservations by Wednesday, April 20, by calling:

NEXT SUNDAY ALTAR GUILD MEETING after Mass. Members are expected to come. All ladies of the parish are invited to the meeting and to join the Altar Guild. We will discuss our future plans for the year.
CONCERT- TUESDAY EVENING, APRIL 26, at 7PM in the church hall. The group called TÖRÖK TESTVÉR are coming from Hungary to share with us samples of beautiful Hungarian folksongs and culture. Admission $15., students $5. Dance House afterwards.
