ADVENT PREPARATIONS:  In so far as you have a family member or relative who is homebound or in a nursing home and would like to receive the sacraments, please call the Rectory and I will visit them during the holiday season. Also, please remember that we now have a chair lift installed so that the physically challenged can also access the church.

TORTE SALEPlease pick up your holiday preordered torte, cost $22. Thank you for your support. Special thanks to the talented ladies of the Altar guild for their commitment and dedication even in this busy holiday season.

PLANNED PILGRIMAGE TO CSIKSOMLYO in 2017.  The day at the Shrine will be Saturday, June 3.  If you are thinking of participating, please call the rectory. The organized part of the bus tour is between May 31 through June 8.

MIKES KELEMEN BOOK COLLECTION:  In the Sunday office before and after Mass during the holiday season.

CHRISTMAS SCHEDULEDecember 24: 9:30PM Christmas carols followed by Christmas Eve Mass at 10PM.   December 25: Christmas Day Solemn Mass at 11AM.;  And December 26, Monday 6PM Mass.

NEW YEARS EVE GET TOGETHER: Dec. 31 starting at 8:30PM in the church hall.  Dinner menu: Cocktails, eggplant spread with rolls and butter, tarragon flavored soup; main course-fish a lá Jean Bart with rice accompaniment and pork ragout with egg barley; and dessert –  crepes a lá Gundel.  Champagne at midnight and afterwards prepared lentil dish with baked weiners.  You may bring your own alcoholic beverage and pastry.  Reservations must be made by December 22 by calling the Rectory 216-861-1937 or Marika Zsula  216-676-5863. Cost is $50. per person, and $25. for students.  Families with small children are welcome!  Music provided by Laszlo and Andrea Bohar.

DONATION ENVELOPES FOR YEAR 2017 are now ready and are in the Sunday Office.  To help save postage cost, please pick up your envelopes.  Please inform us of any name-address changes.
