NEXT SUNDAY — OUR ANNUAL PORK SAUSAGE DINNER ,February 11, at 1PM. The “Mardi Gras” carnival festivities include Hungarian live music by the Harmonia Ensemble, great raffle and humorous entertainment program to „bury” the bass fiddle. It is not too late to make your reservations.
Dinner Menu: traditional rich chicken soup, pork sausage and rice liver sausage, also stuffed cabbage rolls with side dish of braised cabbage and parslied potatoes. Dessert — apricot “lekvar” (jam) filled puff pastry. Cost: adults $25., students $15., free for children under 6. Puff pastry can also be ordered for take out at $9. a dozen. Sausage (uncooked) also can be ordered for take out in 3 lb. packages for $18.
New information: stuffed cabbage for take-home, $20. a dozen can also be ordered!
