DOUGHNUT SALE: Ladies of the altar Guild are baking the traditional Hungarian doughnuts. Cost is $12. a dozen and can be picked up Sunday, January 15 before or after the 11 AM Mass. Also, this Sunday after Mass we will serve a doughnut breakfast (2 doughnuts and coffee) for $4. Please come and join us for this winter social.
PLANNED PILGRIMAGE TO CSIKSOMLYO in 2017. The day at the Shrine will be Saturday, June 3. If you are thinking of participating, please call the rectory. The organized part of the bus tour is between May 31 through June 8.
MIKES KELEMEN BOOK COLLECTION: In the Sunday office before and after Mass during the holiday season.
DONATION ENVELOPES FOR YEAR 2017 are now ready and are in the Sunday Office. To help save postage cost, please pick up your envelopes. Please inform us of any name-address changes.
REMEMBER THE NEEDY: In the spirit of giving during this holy season, you can help out those in need by bringing warm clothing, gloves, hats, shawls, unused underwear, socks, etc. and toiletries such as soap, shampoo, etc. and place them in the Sunday Office by January 15. We will then forward them to the Catholic Center on Lorain Rd.
BLESSING OF HOMES: If you would like to have your house blessed, please let me know or call the Rectory.
THIS SUNDAY we will have a second collection for the Catholic University. Please be generous in your support!
OUR ANNUAL SAUSAGF DINNER will be held on Saturday, February 11, after the 5 p.m. Mass, as a dinner dance to benefit the reconstruction of a church which was destroyed by fire in Transylvania, and also our planned St. Stephen Day Festival in August 19-20. Details next week.
