AUGUST 18-19 ST. STEPHEN DAY HUNGARIAN FESTIVAL AT OUR CHURCH GROUNDS. The festivities on Saturday include entertainment and delicious foods for sale from noon, live music all day, performances by artists from Hungary and by our local Harmonia Ensemble and Hungarian Scout Folk Dance Ensemble and Mass at 5PM. On Sunday the Festival closes with Mass at 11AM celebrated by Most Reverend Nelson J. Perez, Bishop of Cleveland, and agapé afterwards. Also, if you have any decorative items or folk art items (downsizing) that you wish to part with and that we could sell at our bazaar table, please consider donating it by bringing to church next 2 Sundays and placing them into the Craft Club Room or contact Rose Prisko 440-808-9483, Anci Patay 440-835-4480 or Orsolya Sedensky 330-963-7035. If you would like to become a Festival Patron, forms are available in the back of the church. Also, ask a business/store where you shop, if they would like to be a sponsor, or disburse festival flyers.
NEXT Sunday there will be a meeting after Mass to discuss details of our upcoming Festival and to finalize plans. All volunteers willing to work are welcome!
FEST 2018: Join us next Sunday, August 5, 2018, for The FEST – our 18th Annual Catholic Family FESTival from 12 noon until 10:00p.m. at the grounds of Borromeo and Saint Mary Seminary, 28700 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, Oh. Join with thousands from across our region, for a day of faith, family and great fun! It’s all FREE. The day concludes with a beautiful outdoor Mass at 8:00pm with Bishop Perez. TRADITIONAL LATIN MASS will be celebrated, beginning in August on Saturdays at 9AM except on the first Saturday of the month at St. Elizabeth Church by Fr. Bede Kotlinski,O.S.B.
