1848 COMMEMORATION HELD IN PARISH HALL

The United Hungarian Societies of Cleveland on Sunday, March 13, 2022 held a commemoration of the events of 1848 in the St. Emeric Church hall. The united Choir of the Hungarian Churches of Cleveland, conducted by Rev. Dr. Máriusz Marton, all three Hungarian schools in Cleveland and Girl Scout Troop 34 all contributed to the program. The guest of honor was Dr. Ferenc Dancs, Deputy State Secretary of Hungary, and Steven Vajtay Jr., vice-president of the Hungarian Scout Association in Exteris, gave the keynote address.
