TODAY IS THE FEAST OF CORPUS CHRISTI, the celebration of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. Following Sunday Mass we will hold our procession, weather permitting, in front of the church. Many thanks to the ones who prepared the outdoor altars, brought flowers, and contributed in any way to make this Feast of the presence of Our Lord, the greatest treasure of our Church, so special. Thank you also to those who brought flower petals for the procession and ask their help in assisting the children scattering them.
FIRST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH, FEAST OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS. We will recite the litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
FIRST SATURDAY, June 4, we will have Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament before the 5PM. Mass.
YOUTH MASS NEXT SUNDAY. We welcome all and look forward to the liturgical assistants’ roles at Mass. All are invited to light refreshments afterwards to celebrate those born in the month of June.
LET US REMEMBER IN OUR PRAYERS OUR VETERANS AND ALL THE HEROES, who unselfishly gave the ultimate sacrifice, their life, for the freedom of their country and fellowmen. May eternal light shine upon them, may they find eternal rest and peace in the loving arms of Our Heavenly Father.
