FROM THE DESK OF FR. BONA: (1) Thank you very much to all of you who have helped with our feast day celebrations and with the visit of Bp. Kornél Fábry. I know that it was a lot of hard work and I truly appreciate all of your dedication to our parish.
(2) This week I am on jury duty, which interferes with the morning Masses. I do not have to go in on Monday and Tuesday, but Wednesday-Friday is still a possibility. For this reason on those days there is no time indicated for the Masses, as I will say those Masses at a time to be determined later. As I will know about the need to go to the courthouse only the evening before, I will try to post the Mass time on our Facebook page. Thank you for your understanding.
(3) The music for this Sunday’s Mass is provided by our Youth choir.
(4) Congratulations to Tony D’Onofrio and Clare Lacatus D’Onofrio on their 40th wedding anniversary. They were married here at St. Emeric, but now live out of state.
(5) Just a reminder that next week our 11 AM Mass is moved to the Shrine of St. Elizabeth with a 11:30 AM beginning. More on that day, see below.
